Tuna storage
Bluefin, Yellowfin and other high value meat from the members of the tuna family need ultra cold storage for highest market value through best quality and maximum shelf life. We recommend the Arctic UltraFreezer offering reliable storage to below -65°C/-85°F
Lower value tuna can normally be stored in our regular ArcticStore at temperatures as low as -40°C/-40°F.

Freezing Tuna
Tuna meat maintains best quality if frozen promptly and to the right temperature. For high value fish like blue and yellow fin we can offer ArcticBlast ULTRA with double effect of normal ArcticBlast.
For lower value tuna we recommend the ArcticBlast offering reliable rapid freezing to -40°C/-40°F .
